We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Construction Project Manager to join our growing team and help deliver large-scale projects. In this position you will be responsible for:
·Planning, coordinating and managing the entire project from start to finish;
·Leading and motivating the project team;
·Effective communication with clients, subcontractors, designers and other stakeholders;
·Controlling the project budget and costs;
·Anticipating and resolving problems;
·Ensuring high quality standards;
·Delivering completed projects to clients and state supervisory authorities;
·Representing the company at meetings and events.

What do we expect from you:
·At least 5 years of work experience in project management in the construction sector;
·Successfully implemented large-scale construction projects (project value more than 10 million EUR);
·Higher education in civil engineering;
·Knowledge of construction technological processes;
·Category B driver's license;
·Excellent planning, organizing, negotiating, communication, task and problem-solving skills;
·Flawless Lithuanian language (good knowledge of English and/or Russian is an advantage);
·Good computer skills (MS Office).

Salary with performance-based bonuses (in addition to the basic salary, a performance-based bonus system is applied).
