- Project and construction process planning, management, coordination and quality assurance;
- Cooperation with clients and subcontractors on project(s) management issues;
- Analysis, evaluation and integration of effective, rational design solutions into the supervised project;
- Administration of project documentation and planning of financial flows.

- Successful work experience in construction project management;
- Knowledge of project financial performance management;
- Result-oriented, effective planning and construction work management;
- Ability to work independently and manage a team;
- Organizational skills, initiative, responsibility, ambition;
