What will you do every day?
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Construction Project Manager who wants to contribute to the development of significant real estate projects and be responsible for the entire project journey – from idea and planning to successful delivery and handover of the object to customers. If you are able to manage complex processes, make decisions and see the overall picture of the project – we invite you to join our team.
- Planning, organizing and implementing real estate (RE) projects from idea to delivery;
- Design, project work scheduling, deadline and budget control;
- Design work coordination and quality control;
- Project budget preparation, cost analysis and execution control;
- Purchasing and implementation supervision;
- Selection of contractors, suppliers and service providers, negotiations and contract administration;
- Project documentation supervision, search for rational technical solutions;
- Project team work coordination and task distribution;
- Ensuring the handover of the building to the state commission (recognition of suitability for use);
- Handover of separate objects (apartments, storage rooms, parking spaces) for operation to buyers or administrators
What do we expect from you
- Higher education in civil engineering, project management or related field;
- Experience in construction project management (in the field of NT development would be an advantage);
- Ability to effectively manage the work of designers, contractors and suppliers;
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes and technologies, ability to read drawings and analyze estimates;
- Financial literacy - ability to plan project cash flows;
- Excellent project planning, negotiation and communication skills;
- Result-oriented, responsible, ability to work independently and in a team.
