Nature of work
- Organization of tenders for the purchase of construction works and materials, analysis of proposals;
- Selection of subcontractors/suppliers, conclusion of contracts and control of their implementation;
- Coordination of design tasks and changes with designers, customer and technical supervisor, analysis of estimates taking into account the changes, their coordination with the customer;
- Analysis of changes in materials and technologies in terms of quality and prices;
- Composition, coordination and control of design and construction work execution schedules;
- Project budget control and preparation of reports;
- Continuous control of resources, progress and status of ongoing projects;
- Organization of construction completion procedures, formalization and transfer of necessary documentation to the customer;
- Preparation and management of documentation related to the completion of the construction object, coordination of defect management;
- Preparation and completion of other necessary documents related to ongoing projects.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (in the field of construction, engineering);
- Construction manager qualification certificate (special structures), (we would consider it as an advantage);
- At least 2 years of experience in project management;
- Knowledge of construction processes and technologies;
- Excellent knowledge of the quality requirements of various construction works;
- Ability to make decisions independently and submit proposals;
- Good time planning, communication and negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Microsoft project or similar), Autodesk AutoCAD computer-aided design software;
- Experience working with BIM projects (we would consider it as an advantage).
