Nature of work
- Project budget planning and control
- Construction work planning, organization and ensuring deadlines
- Analysis and implementation of project financial indicators
- Subcontractor selection, negotiations and contract coordination
- Project participant coordination and work control
- Communication with customers and problem solving
- Ensuring quality and technological requirements
- Administration of project documentation
Employee requirements
- Engineering education
- Construction manager qualification certificate (advantage)
- Experience in construction project management
- Knowledge of construction processes and financial management
- Knowledge of the construction legislation of the Republic of Latvia
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
- Driving license (Cat. B)
