Join one of the strongest finishing teams in Lithuania and lead interior design and finishing projects - from work planning to their handover to the client.
We are looking for someone who is able to see the overall progress of the project, assemble a team and promptly resolve any issues that arise.

- Interior design and finishing project management, work planning and implementation control;
- Coordination of the activities of project managers, employees and subcontractors;
- Planning the need for materials, labor and equipment;
- Communication with clients, suppliers and other project participants;
- Resolving technical and organizational issues;
- Control of the quality of work, deadlines and costs;
- Organization of documentation, reports and handover of work performed.
Employee requirements
- Experience in managing construction or interior decoration projects;
- Higher education in the field of civil engineering is an advantage;
- Ability to plan a budget, manage costs and meet agreed deadlines;
- Ability to read technical drawings and design documentation;
- Team management, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- Russian language proficiency when communicating with a team;
- Computer literacy and ability to use digital tools;
- Responsibility, independence and organization;
- Category B driver's license.
