Construction Project Manager (NT Development)

A growing real estate development company is looking for an experienced project manager who would be responsible for project management from the acquisition of the plot and design stage to the completion of construction and handover of the object. We develop residential projects in Vilnius and Vilnius region.

Project management from the acquisition of the plot to the completion of construction and handover
Organization and control of the design process: architects, designers, engineering parts
Management of the documentation and permit obtaining process: design proposals, technical design, construction permit
Contractor selection, organization of tenders and negotiations
Launch and full control of the construction process
Schedule, budget and quality management
Organization of project handover (100% completion)

Experience in construction/real estate project management
Experience in managing a project from design to handover (required)
Experience in working with design teams and obtaining permits
Experience in developing residential projects (apartment buildings, cottages, blocks)
Ability to make independent decisions
Responsibility for the result (deadlines, budget, quality)
