Process and team management:
Finance, administration and accountability:
- Active calls to potential customers (cold and warm contacts) and negotiations.
- On-site inspection of objects, accurate measurements and assessment of the technical situation.
- Preparation of preliminary and final commercial offers (for work and materials).
Process and team management:
- Search for employees (with the help of a personnel manager), selection and formation of teams for specific objects.
- Organization of smooth material supply and logistics.
- Supervision of employees on site: delegation of clear tasks, quality control and monitoring of construction progress.
- Strict adherence to agreed deadlines (schedules) for work performance.
Finance, administration and accountability:
- Preparation and coordination of work reports and invoices.
- Strict collection of obligations, documentation and timely payments from customers and general contractors.
- Accurate recording of income and expense balance, control of the profitability of the facility.
- Regular and orderly filling of data, contacts and processes in the company's CRM system.
- Effective management of personal time and work schedule
