WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- You will be responsible for the implementation of the construction project from preparation for work to handover of the object to the customer.
- You will plan the project budget, deadlines and necessary resources.
- You will coordinate the work of construction managers, subcontractors and other project participants.
- You will ensure compliance with the project schedule, budget and quality requirements.
- You will manage the risks arising from the project and make decisions in non-standard situations.
- You will communicate with customers, technical supervisors and other partners.
- You will analyze the project results and contribute to the improvement of processes.
WHAT ARE WE EXPECTING?
- You have experience in construction project management or are ready to grow into this position.
- You are familiar with construction processes and are able to see the project as a whole.
- You are able to plan, organize and coordinate the work of several parties.
- You know how to make decisions and take responsibility for the result.
- You have good communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- You are focused on quality, deadlines and effective resource management.
