Nature of work
Coordination of construction projects from the beginning to the end of the warranty period: document and permit management, registration in the Infoconstruction system, selection of subcontractors and contract administration, preparation of acts and award documentation. Preparation of estimates, technical specifications and bills of quantities for contracts, commercial and public procurement proposals and control of actual quantities of work.
Employee requirements
Higher or higher technical education (in the field of construction or engineering). At least 3 years of experience in the construction sector. Ability to read drawings and prepare estimates, good MS Office skills, independence and ability to meet deadlines. Advantage – experience in preparing estimates and working with the Infostatybas system.
