Main responsibilities:
- Ongoing technical maintenance of buildings and engineering structures
- Search for service providers and contractors, ordering services and administering contracts
- Organization and coordination of processes related to changing the legal status of real estate (registration, change of purpose, cadastral measurements, etc.)
- Preparation of estimates for construction and repair works, quality and volume control of work performed by contractors
- Technical supervision of design, construction and repair works, acceptance of completed works and objects for use
- Work with the estimate preparation program (Sistela, etc.)
- Cooperation with other departments to ensure a smooth production process
What do we expect?
- Technical education (in the field of civil engineering, building engineering systems, mechanics, etc.)
- Work experience in the field of maintenance of buildings and engineering structures
- Ability to lead a team and organize technical jobs
- Good problem-solving skills, ability to make quick decisions
- Computer literacy (MS Office package management)
- Understanding of the application of LEAN or other efficiency systems would be considered an advantage
