- Successfully manage construction processes and contractors on the construction site according to the established deadlines
- Participate in the preparation of the construction organization project
- Prepare a detailed work schedule
- Communicate effectively with partners, subcontractors internally and externally, including the design team, and coordinate work with employees of other construction sites if necessary
- Control the quantities of materials and work performed
- Ensure the highest quality and employee safety - health and fire safety requirements on the construction site
- Ensure the management of documentation related to the implementation of construction in accordance with legal acts

The offered salary is from 3600 to 4800 EUR gross (depending on competence), plus annual bonuses based on the achieved work results and other motivational package for employees

- You have a higher engineering education
- You have acquired a qualification certificate that entitles you to hold the position of construction manager of special residential buildings (an advantage if you have a technical maintenance certificate for special residential buildings)
- You have had successful experience working as a construction manager of special residential buildings or a technical maintenance manager for special residential buildings
- You can be characterized as a reliable and honest person with ambitions to achieve excellent results
- You are results-oriented, have good self-regulation skills and the ability to ensure that the work is done
- Knowledge of AutoCad, Office and other programs (an advantage – BIM experience)
- You speak Lithuanian well and have spoken English and Russian skills
