UAB "Gerbūvio projektai" invites an experienced construction project manager to join the team, who is able to independently manage a construction site from preparatory work to final handover.
The project manager will be responsible for the organization and control of general construction, well-being, roofing, waterproofing, thermal insulation, concrete structures and other works related to the site. Experience is required. We can hire for permanent work or accept invoices for your services as a specialist.

Nature of work
- Planning, organization and coordination of construction site work;
- Analysis of design drawings, technical specifications and solutions;
- Coordination of technical issues, design changes and additional works with the customer, designers and technical maintenance;
- Calculation, documentation and coordination of the quantities of work performed;
- Control of estimates, additional work prices and the project budget;
- Organization of filling out the construction work log and other site documentation;
- Material demand planning, order organization and supply control;
- Planning of employees, equipment and other resources required for the project;
- Searching for, selecting, bidding for and controlling subcontractors;
- Coordination of the activities of project managers, teams and subcontractors;
- Ensuring compliance with work deadlines, quality and technological requirements;
- Coordination of the preparation of executive and facility handover documentation;
- Operational resolution of problems and risks arising at the facility.
Areas of responsibility:
- General construction works;
- Well-being and roofing works;
- Installation of waterproofing and drainage systems;
- Thermal insulation and plinth construction works;
- Concreting and reinforced concrete construction works;
- Asphalting, foundation installation and earthworks.
Requirements
- Higher or higher education in the field of construction or engineering;
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project management;
- Ability to independently manage a construction site;
- Good knowledge of general construction works and construction processes;
- Ability to analyze drawings, design and technical documentation;
- Ability to plan the need for materials, employees, equipment and subcontractors;
- Good leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- Valid qualification certificate of construction manager or construction manager of a special structure.
