We are looking for a construction manager for a new residential construction project in Kaunas.
Responsibilities:
Planning and organization of construction work at the site;
Coordination of the work of subcontractors and company employees;
Control of work quality, deadlines and resources;
Ensuring work safety requirements;
Management of construction documentation.

Has experience as a construction manager in construction projects;
Excellent knowledge of construction technological processes;
Has a valid qualification certificate;
Is able to independently organize work and manage a team;
Is able to promptly resolve emerging issues and make decisions;
Has good computer skills (MS Office).
