"Nuova" implements projects of various scales - from residential buildings and their neighborhoods to commercial objects and hotels, including "Birutės slėnis", "Acacia Villas", "Lampėdžio takas" and "Smėliai".

Currently, the company is inviting a Construction Manager to join its team, who would contribute to the implementation of projects developed by the company.

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:

  • Organization and control of construction works.
  • Ensuring compliance with work safety requirements at the construction site.
  • Compliance with work execution technologies and quality assurance/control requirements.
  • Preparation of documentation related to construction execution and supervision.
  • Coordination and control of subcontractors and the internal team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education in the field of civil engineering.
  • Experience in construction management in residential facilities.
  • Valid SSVA (special construction work manager certificate).
  • Ability to independently plan and organize work for oneself and the team.

THE COMPANY OFFERS:

  • Salary from 4000 to 5000 € gross per month, depending on experience.
  • Bonus system depending on the results achieved and the successful implementation of projects.
