OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- Planning, organizing and supervising construction work at the site
- Controlling the quality and schedule of construction work
- Ensuring compliance with construction site order requirements
- Participating in communicating with customers and technical supervisors
- Preparing documentation related to construction execution and supervision
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working with residential properties (advantage)
- Higher engineering education in the field of construction
- Valid qualification certificate for special construction works (advantage)
- Ability to identify and manage risks
- General digital literacy
