About the position:

Stafferty's client is a construction company that is looking for a construction manager who would organize and manage construction processes at facilities, ensure high-quality work performance and smooth project implementation. This is an opportunity to join the team, realize your professional knowledge and grow with the company.

Nature of work:

  • Organization, planning and management of construction works at sites.
  • Coordination of construction processes and control of work execution.
  • Planning and management of materials and other resources required for work.
  • Coordination of the work of employees and subcontractors.
  • Ensuring compliance with work deadlines, quality and technical requirements.
  • Control of compliance with employee safety and health, environmental protection and fire safety requirements.
  • Preparation, completion and control of construction documentation.
  • Operative problem solving and decision-making at the construction site.

Requirements for the candidate(s):

  • Higher engineering education.
  • A valid construction manager certificate issued by the Construction Management Board is a major advantage and a priority selection criterion.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and the ability to organize work at a construction site.
  • Good planning, organizational and communication skills.
  • Responsibility, independence and the ability to make decisions.
  • Category B driver's license.

  • 2450–3400 Eur/month gross and higher salary, depending on the certificates, professional experience and responsibilities.
