Nature of work
- Implement projects from the beginning of construction to the recognition of the structure as suitable for use.
- Control and ensure compliance of the processes carried out with the design requirements of the structure.
- Ensure that the processes carried out at the facility comply with the technology of work execution and quality assurance requirements.
- Manage and supervise construction work carried out by subcontractors.
- Control orders for materials and mechanisms.
- Coordinate the activities of work managers.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection requirements.
Requirements for the employee
- Higher technical education in the field of construction engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience as a construction manager.
- Qualification certificate, giving the right to hold the position of construction manager.
- Knowledge of construction processes and technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written.
- Work with the AutoCad program.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
