Your responsibilities in the team:
- Implement projects from the beginning of construction until the construction site is declared suitable for use;
- Control and ensure compliance of the processes carried out with the design requirements of the construction site;
- Ensure that the processes carried out at the facility comply with the technology of work execution and quality assurance requirements;
- Manage and supervise construction work carried out by subcontractors;
- Control orders for materials and mechanisms;
- Coordinate the activities of work managers;
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection requirements.
We hope you:
- You are knowledgeable about construction processes and technologies;
- You have obtained a higher education in the field of construction engineering;
- You have accumulated at least 3 years of experience as a construction manager;
- You have a qualification certificate that entitles you to hold the position of construction manager;
- You have excellent oral and written English skills;
- You know how to work with the AutoCad program;
- You are focused on quality results, able to quickly absorb information and use it effectively;
- You are able to work both independently and in a team;
- You are able to organize your activities, solve problems, make informed decisions;
- You are characterized by openness to change, attention to detail and a desire to improve.
