- Planning, organizing, supervising, and controlling construction work at the facility
- Managing, coordinating, supervising, and controlling contractors
- Ensuring communication with contractors and monitoring the execution of their work
- Controlling the implementation of construction schedules
- Construction site control
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection requirements at the construction site
- Checking and completing project documentation and finding rational solutions
- Selection of materials, knowledge of new technologies and solutions, and their application
- Participating in the inspection of property, handover to the end user, and handover to relevant institutions
- Providing proposals for improving the construction management area
👤 Requirements
- Education in the field of construction (higher education)
- At least 3 years of work experience in construction
- Successfully implemented projects (advantage - apartment building projects)
- Construction manager certificate
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction works
- Knowledge of construction work technology
- Working with a computer, being able to read drawings
- Knowledge of construction technical and legal regulations
- Ability to objectively assess the situation and provide solutions
- Professional and positive attitude, diligence, desire to improve, initiative, communication skills, responsibility
