We are currently inviting a construction manager with experience and competence in the field of constructive work organization and management to join our team.
We are currently inviting a construction manager with experience and competence in the field of constructive work organization and management to join our team.
Your main tasks will be:
- Planning, organizing, distributing and supervising construction work at the construction site
- Verifying design solutions
- Controlling the quality of construction work and adherence to the schedule
- Planning and controlling resources
- Communicating with subcontractors and monitoring the quality and deadlines of their work
- Ensuring compliance with employee health and safety and fire safety requirements at the construction site
- Ensuring compliance with construction site order requirements
- Preparing and controlling documentation related to the execution and supervision of construction work
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in the field of construction / engineering
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in the organization and management of constructive work
- You are knowledgeable in the legal acts regulating the field of construction, technological and general construction processes
- You are able to effectively plan, organize and coordinate work
- You are able to work in a team and independently
- We will consider it an advantage if you have certificates in occupational safety and health, fire safety, high-altitude work manager, a qualification certificate that gives the right to hold the position of construction manager of a special structure
- You know how to work with Microsoft 365, AutoCad, MS Project programs
