NATURE OF WORK
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Construction Manager who is able to accurately plan work, ensure its quality and smoothly manage the entire construction process. If you are interested in clear planning, operational decisions and control of work execution, this position is just for you.
Planning and organizing weekly work at the construction site, preparing weekly work plans and monthly work execution schedules;
Preparing work progress reports;
Preparing documentation related to construction execution and supervision;
Controlling the implementation of contracts;
Monitoring the quality of work performed by contractors, controlling processes, technologies, costs and deadlines;
Checking the compliance of materials and technologies used with the materials and technologies specified in the estimate;
Supervision of the construction site.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:
Construction management experience;
Knowledge of construction processes and technologies;
Higher education in the field of civil engineering;
Excellent work planning, organization and coordination skills;
Initiative, quick orientation and negotiation skills.
