Who are we?
SIRIN is a commercial and industrial real estate developer and investor. We are currently implementing a large-scale logistics complex project (2 buildings) in several construction phases, and we are looking for a Construction Manager who can independently manage the entire construction process from inception to handover.
Nature of work:
- Full management of the construction of the logistics complex from preparatory work to the commissioning of the facility(ies).
- Independent technical and engineering decision-making in accordance with the approved budget and deadlines.
- Planning, coordination and control of construction work.
- Drawing up detailed construction work schedules, monitoring and adjusting their implementation.
- Contractor management, control of work deadlines, quality and scope.
- Ensuring compliance with employee safety, fire and construction regulations.
- Analysis of project documentation, optimization of technical solutions.
- Cooperation with the project manager, procurement department and other departments of the company, ensuring the smooth implementation of the construction process.
- Preparation of facilities for commissioning and participation in commissioning procedures.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of construction or engineering.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the construction sector, managing projects.
- Experience in implementing logistics, commercial or industrial facilities.
- Practical experience with projects worth from 7 million EUR.
- Excellent knowledge of construction work technologies.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions and take responsibility for the result.
- Skills in working with AutoCAD and MS Office 365.
- Valid Construction Manager certificate.
- Good knowledge of the technical and legal regulations of the Republic of Lithuania on construction.
- Leadership, sense of responsibility, good communication and teamwork skills.
