Nature of work
Management of construction contractors of the facility, supervision and control of their construction work, drawing up calendar work schedules and monitoring their compliance;
Allocation of financial, human and time resources of the construction facility and monitoring their implementation;
Ensuring compliance with order and occupational safety requirements at the construction facility;
Organizing the completion of construction technical documentation, preparation and submission of reports;
Organizing the transfer of the completed construction facility to operation.

Employee requirements
Experience of working as a construction manager or facility manager in a real estate developer or general contractor company;
Experience in managing contractors and subcontractors, supervising and controlling their construction work, drawing up work schedules and sequencing and monitoring their compliance;
Good knowledge of construction technologies, knowledge of legal acts regulating construction;
Skills in preparing and administering construction technical documentation.
