About us:
A stable and growing company operating in the field of real estate development and construction project management is looking for a competent Construction Manager who would be responsible for the organization and implementation of construction work on non-residential objects from the beginning of the project to commissioning.
Nature of work:
- Full coordination of the implementation of the construction project from preparatory work to the handover of the object.
- Planning, organization and control of construction work.
- Preparation, supervision and adjustment of construction work schedules.
- Organization of the work of contractors and subcontractors, control of deadlines, quality and volumes.
- Evaluation of technical and engineering solutions and decision-making during the project implementation.
- Analysis of project documentation and optimization of technical solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with employee safety, quality and legal requirements.
- Cooperation with the project team and other project participants.
- Supervision of construction documentation management and preparation of the object for handover procedures.
Requirements:
- Higher education in construction, civil engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of work experience in construction project management, from the initial stage to handover.
- Experience in implementing large-scale projects.
- Excellent knowledge of construction technologies and processes.
- Good knowledge of construction technical regulations and legislation.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions and take responsibility for the result.
- Planning and collaboration skills.
- Basics of English.
