EXÁNT is looking for a Construction Manager to join the growing real estate development team.

Main responsibilities:

• Represent the Developer at the construction site and coordinate the construction process.
• Plan and organize construction works, ensuring their progress according to the project and schedule.
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors and control the quality and performance of works.
• Analyze design and technical documentation and coordinate the resolution of emerging technical issues.
• Control subcontractors' work documentation and construction documentation.
• Monitor compliance with work safety requirements at the construction site.
• Participate in facility inspections, construction completion process, facility handover to responsible institutions and transfer to the end user.
• Promptly resolve issues arising during the construction process and cooperate with project participants.

• Salary from 4,630 EUR gross, which will depend on your experience and competence.
