Your responsibilities:
- Organization of work of partners/contractors at the Site. Filling/maintaining acceptance and handover acts of work fronts. Supervision of documentation required to be filled in by partners/contractors;
- Ensuring deadlines and quality of construction works;
- Filling in construction process documentation in accordance with established company standards and legal acts;
- Respectful treatment of partners/contractors/neighbors of the Site;
- Organization/conducting/recording of production meetings;
- Organization/supervision of the work of the technical maintenance manager and occupational safety coordinator;
- Resolving conflict situations;
- Verification/endorsement of acts/invoices of completed work;
- Cooperation with state or other institutions on Site issues;
- Cooperation with designers in resolving design documentation issues.
Employee requirements:
- At least 2 years of management experience in the construction of special structures;
- Special structures construction manager qualification certificate (advantage);
- Flexibility in adapting to the changing situation at the construction site;
- Knowledge of the principles of safe work organization and compliance with occupational safety standards throughout the construction process;
- Ability to plan daily/weekly/monthly work, provide instructions to Partners/Contractors, track execution and respond as needed;
- Construction work planning skills and drawing up construction work execution schedules with the MS Project program;
- Ability to collect/systematize/archive construction documentation;
- Knowledge of the process of submitting a structure to the state commission;
- Computer skills.
