Nature of work
- Manage and control the implementation of the construction project at the assigned facility(ies);
- Control the budget and schedule of the assigned facility;
- Cooperate with employees, partners, subcontractors, and other participants in the construction process of the assigned facility;
- Represent the company in relations with the Customer;
- Make purchases, conclude contracts with subcontractors, and ensure their implementation;
- Ensure the highest quality of work at the facility.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in engineering/construction;
- Ability to plan and coordinate construction work, be result-oriented;
- Independence, excellent organizational skills, initiative;
- Communication skills;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, design software (AutoCAD, BIM), MS Project);
- Qualification certificate, giving the right to hold the position of construction manager of special residential and non-residential structures;
- KPD certificate - an advantage.
- Similar work experience;
- Category B driver's license.
