Nature of work
- Assist the Construction Manager (work at a construction site in Vilnius Old Town):
- Coordinate the activities of subcontractors, assess the quality and deadlines of their work, participate in work acceptances;
- Organize and ensure smooth, timely and high-quality execution of construction work;
- Filling out construction documentation;
- Ensuring and monitoring construction site order, occupational safety, fire safety, quality, and environmental requirements;
- Control of construction machinery and transport flows at the site.
Employee requirements
- Work experience as an assistant construction manager or foreman;
- Good work organization and planning skills;
- Basics of construction processes and technologies;
- Independence, responsibility, ability to work in a team;
- Computer skills (word, excel, outlook).
- Have a higher/advanced education in the field of construction or be in the final year of study.
