Nature of work
We are looking for an experienced Internal Works Manager to join our small and cool team in the South of France and ensure the implementation of high quality work on a large private house construction project.
- Planning, organizing and daily supervision of internal works on site
- Coordinating teams of employees and subcontractors
- Controlling the quality of work, deadlines and processes
- Communicating with suppliers
- Planning the need for materials and resources
- Ensuring safety requirements at work
Employee requirements
- Experience in interior construction work (finishing, painting, plaster, flooring, etc.)
- Ability to organize and lead a team
- Responsibility, diligence and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and in a team
The company offers
- Stable work in international projects in the South of France (near the town of Antibes)
