WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH US:
You will prepare cost estimates for construction projects based on drawings, specifications and technical solutions;
You will analyze and evaluate quantities of materials and work, market prices and offers;
You will review and revise design and technical documentation;
You will collaborate with construction and project managers to ensure that cost estimates meet real needs and are justified;
You will contribute to the creation of more efficient processes - because not only the result is important to us, but also how we achieve it.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Higher education in construction or engineering (or studies in these fields);
Initial experience on a construction site, in project calculations, procurement or a similar field (internship or assistant position - suitable);
Ability to read and understand drawings and technical documentation;
Responsibility, diligence and the ability to prioritize, even when the pace is fast;
Ability or willingness to learn to calculate quantities based on 3D models (IFC, RVT) - a great advantage, but not a necessity.
