Nature of work
Manage several different teams of employees at one or more facilities;
Plan, distribute and coordinate the work of subordinate employees;
Be responsible for the results of the teams' work, adherence to deadlines and work discipline;
Coordinate the progress of the project, agree on work schedules with project managers and customers;
Organize and plan the daily work of the construction site;
Perform quality control of the work performed, perform control measurements;
Ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the project, technical drawings and construction regulations;
Supervise the proper operation of construction tools, equipment and other machinery.

Employee requirements
Experience working on construction projects, an advantage - experience with carpentry, plaster projects, gas silicate installation;
Ability to independently organize work and lead teams;
Good work planning, organization and coordination skills;
Responsibility, initiative, orientation towards quality and results;
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management;
English - necessary (Danish or other Scandinavian languages - an advantage);
Driver's license - mandatory.
