We are a real estate development company implementing residential projects in Vilnius, Vilnius district and other cities in Lithuania.
We develop individual houses, cottage blocks and apartment buildings. As the volume of projects grows, we are strengthening the construction management team and are looking for an experienced construction manager who is able to independently organize work on objects and ensure smooth project implementation.

Purpose of work
- Organization of construction works and their daily control at the facilities.
- Coordination of the work of contractors and subcontractors.
- Preparation of work sequencing and short-term construction plans.
- Control of construction schedules and agreed deadlines.
- Supervision of the quality of the performed works and prevention of defects.
- Verification of the quantities and scope of the performed works before acceptance of the works.
- Planning the needs of materials, equipment and contractors.
- Resolving technical issues and problems at the facility.
- Identification of project discrepancies, risks and possible delays and their timely escalation.
- Cooperation with the project manager, technical supervision, designers and other project participants.
- Recording construction documentation, work progress and relevant information.
- Regular provision of information about the project progress, deadlines and problems to the project manager.
The main goal of the position is to ensure that construction work is carried out with high quality, according to the planned schedule and while controlling project costs.
What do we expect from you
- Experience in a construction work manager or similar position.
- Practical experience in the construction of residential houses, cottages or apartment buildings.
- Ability to read technical projects, drawings and other construction documentation.
- Ability to independently organize the work of contractors and crews.
- Understanding of construction work technology, quantities and cost.
- Ability to assess the scope and validity of the work performed.
- Responsible approach to construction deadlines, quality and project budget.
- Ability to identify problems and risks in advance and propose specific solutions.
- Orderly work with a computer, project management systems and digital documentation.
- Independence, discipline and clear communication.
We are looking for someone who would be able not only to supervise the construction process, but also to take real responsibility for the organization of the work on the object, its quality and adherence to deadlines.
