We are currently looking for a construction manager who not only understands construction processes, but also is able to manage them practically - on site, in the team and in communication with the client.

Purpose of work
- Organization and coordination of construction works
- Ordering materials and planning supply
- Quality supervision and control of works at all stages
- Communication of work progress with clients (deadlines, decisions, changes)
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines.
-We hope that you:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a construction/works manager position (Advantage not a must)
- Have worked with residential construction projects
- Have a construction manager certificate (Not a must)
- Knowledge of the Technical Construction Regulations of the Republic of Lithuania (STR)
- Able to make decisions independently and manage responsibility
- Are focused on results, quality and efficiency
- Able to communicate with both the team and clients
