Your responsibilities:
- Manage the activities of the construction department and ensure effective implementation of projects.
- Form and develop a high construction culture focused on quality, safety and results.
- Develop the competencies of work managers, project managers and foremen.
- Ensure compliance with construction technologies at all facilities.
- Control the implementation of occupational safety, quality and environmental requirements.
- Plan and ensure the necessary construction capacities: employees, equipment, subcontractors and other resources.
- Participate in the formation and implementation of project management standards and processes in the organization.
- Analyze project implementation results, identify risks and initiate solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Cooperate with other company departments to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
- Contribute to the implementation of the company's long-term strategy and the development of construction competencies.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a higher education in civil engineering;
- You have accumulated at least 5 years of management experience in the construction sector;
- You have a qualification certificate for the construction manager of a special structure;
- You have worked as a construction manager, project manager, construction director or similar position;
- You are well-versed in construction processes, technologies, work organization and resource planning;
- You are able to make decisions, delegate responsibilities and mobilize a team to achieve common goals;
- You have strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking skills;
- Experience in infrastructure, bridge, viaduct, road or railway projects would be considered a significant advantage.

The specific salary will be determined taking into account the candidate's work experience and competencies. Additionally, it is planned to implement a performance-based motivational system with a variable remuneration component depending on the results achieved.
