- Analysis of received tender materials and technical documentation;
- Preparation of project estimates based on initial project information and technical requirements;
- Preparation of construction work and materials and machinery requirement sheets;
- Search for suppliers and subcontractors and communication with them.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in the field of civil engineering;
- Experience in similar work;
- Ability to read, analyze projects and technical documentation, and prepare estimates;
- Analytical thinking, responsibility, independence;
- Experience with Sistela and knowledge of English is a great advantage.
