Construction Quality and Project Specialist

Job Description

• Daily work with colleagues in Lithuania and the international headquarters, searching for the best construction solutions for Lidl
• Helping the team organize tenders, prepare negotiation materials and administer contracts
• Assisting colleagues in the Baltic countries, helping to ensure the accurate implementation of construction requirements (a great opportunity to learn from the best!)
• Analysis of construction solutions, materials or product prices, cost calculations and preparation of presentations of results
• Helping to ensure the smooth operation of the Real Estate Department, construction quality and optimal costs
• Helping to prepare, update and systematize store construction guidelines, concepts and quality specifications

Candidate Requirements

• Higher education in civil engineering, construction management, HVAC engineering or similar field of study (can be a final year student)
• Very good English language skills (B2 level or higher)
• Good working knowledge of Google Workspace skills
• Experience working with AutoCAD
• Technical construction knowledge or experience working with construction projects - an advantage
• Engineering curiosity to delve into technical solutions, high motivation to learn and develop professionally
• Strong organizational skills and result orientation
• Very good collaboration and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
