About us
Insta Projektai is a real estate development company.
We develop individual house, duplex and cottage projects in Vilnius and Vilnius district. We manage projects from acquisition and design to construction and sale.
We are currently actively increasing the scope of projects under development and preparing for the next stage of growth – we are planning to expand into apartment projects in Vilnius.
The most important things in our team are responsibility, speed, clear decisions and financial discipline. We pay a lot of attention to the cost of construction, selection of contractors, deadlines and project results.
We are currently looking for someone who would help organize the procurement of construction works and materials: find contractors and suppliers, compare offers and ensure that the necessary works and materials are purchased on time, at the right price and under the agreed conditions.
This position will suit someone who understands the construction process, is not afraid of numbers and wants to learn more about construction procurement and project management.

Purpose of work
Assist the project manager in managing residential real estate construction projects;
Calculate the quantities of work and materials according to projects and drawings;
Search for contractors and suppliers of materials;
Collect, compare and evaluate offers;
Negotiate prices, terms and other terms of cooperation;
Assist in controlling project budgets and terms;
Communicate with contractors, suppliers and the team;
Visit construction sites as needed.

What do we expect from you
Practical understanding of construction processes and basic building materials;
Ability to navigate construction drawings;
Ability to work neatly with Excel or Google Sheets;
Initiative in finding contractors and suppliers;
Ability to compare offers and negotiate for better conditions;
Responsibility, diligence and the ability to adhere to agreements.
Experience in construction procurement or estimating would be an advantage, but not necessary.
The most important thing is construction understanding, the ability to work with numbers and the desire to learn the procurement process.
