Enlito Group is expanding its project coordination team and is looking for someone who loves action, clear order and is able to connect people, processes and customer expectations into a smoothly functioning project.
In this position, you will be an important person between project staff, customers and internal company teams. Your job will be to ensure that employees arrive at the facilities on time, have the necessary information, transport, accommodation, work tools, and the project runs stably and without unnecessary disruptions.

Nature of work
You will be responsible for the daily coordination of employees in construction projects in the Lithuanian market: adherence to work schedules, attendance, employee turnover, solving practical issues and smooth communication with clients.
Main responsibilities:
coordinate the activities of employees working on the project;
plan employee schedules, holidays, shift changes and employee needs in the project;
monitor employee attendance, work quality, efficiency and compliance with work procedures;
organize employee transportation to and from the workplace;
take care of organizing employee accommodation, work clothes and necessary tools;
maintain daily contact with employees, resolve their questions, complaints or practical problems;
communicate with client representatives, work managers or foremen regarding the progress of the project;
collect and transmit information about working hours, holidays, incapacity for work, advances and other administrative issues;
promptly respond to unforeseen situations, conflicts or disruptions in work organization;
Prepare reports to management on project progress, staff turnover, problems and proposed solutions;
Collaborate with HR, administration, finance and customer service teams;
Propose process improvement solutions that will help projects run more efficiently.

Employee requirements
- you have experience in coordinating employees, projects, facilities or operational processes;
- you are able to react quickly to situations and make practical decisions;
- you know how to communicate clearly with different people: employees, clients, managers and internal teams;
- you are organized, responsible and able to manage several tasks at the same time;
- you are not afraid of a dynamic work environment that requires quick response and initiative;
- you understand that the success of a project depends on order, communication and people's involvement;
- good Russian is MANDATORY;
- you have good planning, problem-solving and information administration skills.
Experience in construction, personnel coordination, production or service project management would be a great advantage.
