"Aromika" is a company that values quality and reliability, currently expanding its activities. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, is not afraid of responsibility and is able to "manage" the object from negotiations with the client to the final result.
🏗️ The tasks awaiting you:
Object maintenance: Ensure that the work is carried out according to plan, with high quality and safety.
Negotiations and clients: Be the main contact for the client, resolve emerging issues, coordinate additional work.
Team management: Take care of the hiring of foremen and subcontractors, their work distribution and supervision.
Motivation: Ensure a good working atmosphere at the object so that the team is focused on results.
Accountability: Track the budget, material requirements and documentation.

Have experience in construction project management (or are a strong project manager ready to take the next step).
You know how to find a language with a variety of people - from the client to the bricklayer.
You are responsible, honest and able to make decisions independently.
You have an engineering education (certificate is a great advantage).
You drive a car (category B).
