In this job you:

  • You will conduct inspections of existing facilities, prepare tasks for design, execution of contracting works, expertise.
  • You will plan and supervise the process of construction, reconstruction and installation of technological equipment, prepare and ensure the implementation of the calendar schedule of works.
  • You will create and manage the budget (investments and costs) of construction objects, reconstructions and equipment.
  • You will organize the construction processes of the company's objects and the installation of technological equipment.
  • You will organize, coordinate and approve construction documents (detailed plan, technical design, building permit, certificate of acceptance of the structure for use, other documents) and ensure their transfer for storage.
  • You will check the quality of the work and compliance with legal acts and internal construction standards.
  • You will perform other functions of the customer's representative.

We hope that you:

  • You have a higher education in construction engineering, project management or a similar field (construction manager certificate is an advantage).
  • You have excellent knowledge of the design and construction field.
  • Able to plan the entire construction organization process: budgeting and control, work schedule planning and control, design tasks preparation, Contractor selection and work supervision, work quality control, receipt and transfer of technical documentation for operation, financial document approval and transfer to accounting.
  • You are well-versed in the legal requirements of the Republic of Lithuania related to design and construction.
  • Have at least 3 years of work experience in the construction field.
  • Able to plan work, effectively coordinate the team and contractors, and are able to resolve conflicts and problem situations.
  • Distinguish yourself with strong analytical, organizational and negotiation skills.
  • You speak English well.
  • Have experience in planning and managing project budgets.
  • Have a valid category B driver's license.
