About us
Insta Projektai is a growing real estate development company. We develop individual houses, cottage blocks and apartment building projects in Vilnius and the Vilnius region.
We are expanding our team and are looking for a Construction Project Manager who would coordinate ongoing projects and help ensure that the work progresses according to the planned schedule, budget and quality requirements.

Purpose of work
- Planning and coordinating construction and real estate development projects;
- Scheduling and monitoring deadlines;
- Communicating with contractors, designers, suppliers and project managers;
- Searching for contractors, collecting and comparing offers;
- Monitoring project budgets and controlling costs;
- Verifying completed work, invoices and agreed scope of work;
- Administration of project documentation, tasks and information;
- Presenting project progress, risks and upcoming work to the team and manager.
What do we expect from you
- At least 2 years of experience in construction project coordination, project engineer, works manager or similar position;
- good understanding of construction processes and main stages of work;
- ability to read projects, estimates and contractor proposals;
- ability to plan work and manage deadlines;
- independence, responsibility and orderly work with information;
- ability to work with Excel or Google Sheets;
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally with contractors and the team;
- driver's license.
Experience in a real estate development company, working with project budgets and contractor tenders would be a great advantage.
