About us:
A construction management company engaged in the management of large-scale construction projects is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who can organize and manage the construction process from inception to completion.
Nature of work:
- Management of the construction process of objects (large-scale commercial purposes), starting from design management to handover
- Planning, organization and control of project construction works
- Preparation of work schedules
- Monitoring the budget, costs and financial indicators of the project(s)
- Coordination of contractors' activities at the project level
- Analysis of project documentation, optimization of technical solutions
- Cooperation with other departments on project implementation issues
- Resolving emerging issues related to project construction management
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of construction or engineering
- Experience in construction management of large-scale commercial facilities (at all stages)
- Impeccable technological knowledge of construction works
- Ability to manage the project independently, result-oriented, good teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of English
