You will be responsible for:
- Construction, planning and coordination of structures (currently about 20,000 sq. m.);
- Representation of the company's interests with work customers, equipment installers, contractors, designers;
- Planning of construction, repair, reconstruction projects, coordination and implementation of tenders;
- Coordination and control of contract terms, resolution of technical issues during the construction process;
- Organization, delivery of construction works and management of related documentation;
- Organization of defect management;
- Effective management of the project schedule, budget and risks during the entire project life cycle;
- Analysis of project documentation, control of quantities of materials and work, search for rational solutions, coordination of changes with project team members;
- Ensuring safety requirements at construction sites;
- Preparation and submission of reports to final project customers;
- Consulting colleagues on technical issues of real estate maintenance;
- Providing technical assistance to employees.
We hope that by joining us:
- Have a higher education in construction engineering;
- Have at least five years of managerial work experience in a similar position;
- You are well versed in construction organization and have experience in project management;
- Have a certificate of SSVA special construction manager and special construction technical supervision manager;
- Have very good time planning, work organization, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Are able to work independently and manage a project team;
- Are able to work with several different tasks simultaneously;
- Are able to analyze and systematize information, summarize it, and present conclusions;
- Are proactive, responsible, and result-oriented;
- Are familiar with the legal acts regulating construction in the Republic of Lithuania (the Law on Construction of the Republic of Lithuania, technical regulations on construction, construction rules);
- Are familiar with the principles of concluding contracts;
- Communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English, both orally and in writing;
- Have good computer skills (Excel, Word, AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project);
- Have a category B driver's license;
