Nature of work
- Planning, organizing and managing construction projects from the beginning of work to the handover of the object;
- Control of construction work deadlines, budget, quality and contractual obligations;
- Coordination of the work of project managers, subcontractors and suppliers;
- Communication with customers, designers, technical supervisors and other project participants;
- Monitoring the progress of the project, resolving emerging technical and organizational issues;
- Analysis of design and technical documentation, coordination of solutions;
- Planning the need for materials, works and subcontracting and coordinating orders;
- Control of the quantities of work performed, additional work and project costs;
- Participation in construction work and production meetings;
- Coordination of the processes of handover and completion of construction.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education in construction, engineering or a related field;
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of construction project management;
- Ability to independently plan, organize and control the implementation of construction projects;
- Ability to read and analyze technical and work projects, drawings and other technical documentation;
- Knowledge of construction processes, technologies and work organization;
- Ability to coordinate the activities of project managers, subcontractors and suppliers;
- Good negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills;
- Responsibility, independence, initiative and result orientation;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Category B driver's license.
We would consider the following as an advantage: a civil engineer's qualification, a valid construction manager's qualification certificate and experience in managing larger-scale construction projects.
