Nature of work:
- Supervision of construction works in accordance with applicable legal acts and design solutions (STR 1.06.01:2016);
- Quality control of construction materials, equipment and works used;
- Verification of technical documentation, verification of construction logs (electronically);
- Acceptance of hidden works and structures, approval and coordination of acts;
- Documentation of project progress;
- Cooperation with contractors, designers, customers and state institutions.
We hope you:
- You have a higher engineering (construction engineering) education;
- You have accumulated at least 2 years of experience in the field of construction technical maintenance;
- You have a valid certificate of technical maintenance manager for construction of special structures (mandatory);
- You are able to independently organize work, promptly solve problems and effectively communicate with various project parties;
- You know how to use Dalux, electronic construction journal, document management and BIM systems;
- You have a category B driver's license.
