- Plan and organize the execution of construction works and exercise their control;
- Ensuring the execution of construction works according to the established deadlines;
- Cooperation with customers and subcontractors on construction work management issues;
- Ensuring and implementing work safety requirements at the construction site;
- Drawing up and controlling the construction work schedule;
- Preparing and controlling construction documentation;
- Ordering materials and mechanisms;
- Calculating the quantities of work performed.
Employee requirements
- Higher engineering education;
- Good knowledge of construction processes;
- Construction manager qualification certificate (special structures) - an advantage;
- Driver's license (B);
- Knowledge of construction laws;
- Ability to read drawings;
- Ability to solve problem situations;
- Knowledge of Russian - an advantage.
