What are we looking for?
In 2026, we are realizing double the growth of the company, forming a completely new construction team, which will become the basis of a large individual house project. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION MANAGER for this team!
What do we expect from you?
- Qualification certificate, giving the right to hold the following managerial positions: construction of non-specialized structures.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in managing residential construction projects (including the full finishing part).
- A wide range of reliable contractors.
- Good command of the Russian language.
- Independence, responsibility and result orientation.
Primary responsibilities
- Full construction site management.
- Search and selection of contractors.
- Control and coordination of contractors.
- Ensuring the quality and deadlines of work.
- Control of construction department employees.
- Schedule management and solving daily issues.
