What are we looking for?
We are looking for an assistant construction manager to assist the construction manager in daily work on the construction site. This is an active full-time job at the facility: you will need to carry out specific tasks, take care of materials and respond promptly to the changed situation.

Nature of work
- You will perform minor construction, finishing and repair work: you will plaster, repair, paint or replace a light bulb if necessary.
- You will load, unload and carry away construction materials and tools.
- You will help prepare workplaces and ensure that the necessary materials and tools are at hand.
- You will help the team working on the construction site to perform various practical tasks.
- You will maintain order in workplaces and perform other daily housekeeping and repair work on the site.
What do we expect?
- You have practical experience in construction, finishing, repair or similar work.
- You know how to use basic work tools and are able to perform minor repair work.
- You are hardworking, responsible, fast and communicative.
- You are able to orient yourself when the work process or needs change and take on the necessary tasks.
- You do not avoid physical work.
- You have a category B driver's license.
