Your responsibilities will be:

💰 Do you want a job where your efforts are reflected in your salary? Join the glass processing team - here your growth can be appreciated better than a "thank you"!

  • operate a glass laminating machine and monitor the production process;
  • ensure the appearance of the product - clean the edges of the laminated glass;
  • check the quality so that the products are free of any defects;
  • take care of the equipment - perform daily light preventive maintenance (maintenance) of the equipment;
  • use the equipment: enter data into the computer, and move heavier glass safely and without physical effort with a bridge crane.

Work schedule: morning (06:00 - 14:30), afternoon (14:30 - 23:00) and night (23:00 - 06:00) shift. Shifts change every week.

Work location: Alytus.

We hope you:

  • you are responsible, dutiful, and meticulous;
  • you are physically fit and result-oriented;
  • you are able to work at a fast pace;
  • you have computer literacy skills (an advantage).

Waiting for you:

  • 1300 - 2000 EUR, excluding taxes;
  • ice cream in the summer, and fruit days in other seasons;
  • on-the-job training;
  • health insurance;
  • possibility of receiving fuel compensation when traveling to/from work by car;
  • salary supplements after the probationary period, motivational system;
  • additional supplements are divided into categories - the more skills you acquire, the higher category you can reach. You can receive the first category after the first month of work, if the results are good! In addition to the salary, motivational supplements from 136 EUR to 310 EUR may be awarded.
