Monthly salary: €1,465.00 - €2,195.00 (excluding deductions) taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the shift work of station employees, assign tasks to them and control the execution of tasks
- Communicate with employees responsible for cargo route planning, evaluate submitted plans, make suggestions for corrections
- Control the performance of assigned station operations: timely acceptance, disbandment, formation, release of trains
- Ensure the distribution and formation of trains according to the received task list, train formation plan and standards
- Plan and order station resources
- Prepare and submit plans to implementers at the shunting station and on the station's access roads
- Coordinate the execution of shunting plans, adjust them in case of unforeseen circumstances
- Provide prompt information about emergencies at the station
What do we expect?
- Work experience (in the field of railway or other transport)
- Skills for quick decision-making and team mobilization in emergency situations
- Prioritization, planning and organization skills
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules
- Microsoft Office computer skills
- Fluent Lithuanian language
